How to play Rice Attack
There is very little to learn before your first run. Nothing about the control scheme is unusual; the table below covers all of it. Landscape layout: give it the fullscreen button on desktop, or rotate your phone. Expect the first attempt to be a write-off; that is normal here.
Controls
| Input | Action |
|---|---|
| Mouse | Aim |
| Left click | Fire |
| WASD | Move |
| R | Reload |
On mobile: Tap and swipe on screen. Turn your phone sideways — this game is designed for landscape and fills a horizontal screen.
Why it is worth playing
The reason Rice Attack holds up is restraint: it takes one idea — shooting — and builds the whole game around it instead of padding it out. That is the whole pitch, and it is enough.
