Email us
Everything goes to miguelmonteracharger@gmail.com. There is no contact form on this page, deliberately: we do not run a mail backend, and a form that pretends to send your message while quietly discarding it would waste your time. A plain email reaches a person.
We aim to reply within two business days. Copyright takedowns and privacy requests are prioritised.
What are you writing about?
A game is broken
A game will not load, crashes, has no sound, or the controls do not work. Tell us the game name (or paste the page URL), your browser and device, and what happened. Most reports are fixable within a day; some are upstream with the developer, and we will say so if that is the case.

Advertising & business
Media buying, direct campaigns, sponsorship, partnership proposals or distribution deals. Include your company, the market you are buying, and rough budget or volume so we can reply usefully rather than with a form letter.
Email the business inboxSubject: Advertising / business enquiry
Press & media
Interviews, data requests, or anything on deadline. Say what your deadline actually is in the first line and we will work to it.
Email pressSubject: Press enquiry
Privacy & data requests
Access, erasure, objection or a CCPA request. Read the privacy policy first — because we hold no account for you, the browser-side controls it describes are often faster than anything we can do on your behalf.

Everything else
A game we should add, a category that is wrong, a typo in a description, or just to tell us the site does something strange on your phone. All of it is welcome.

Removing a game (copyright)
If you hold rights in a game listed here and want it taken down, use our DMCA and takedown procedure rather than a general email. That page lists exactly what a valid notice must contain — sending it in the right form the first time is the difference between removal today and a round of clarifying questions.
If you are the game's developer and simply want it delisted, you do not need a formal notice: email miguelmonteracharger@gmail.com with the game name and confirmation that you own it, and we will pull it.
Getting a game listed
Developers who want their game added should read submit a game first. It sets out what we accept, what to include in your email and how the review works — following it turns a two-week back-and-forth into a single message.
What we cannot help with
- Game accounts, saves and purchases. Progress lives inside the game and is the developer's to fix, not ours. We have no access to it.
- Recovering favourites you cleared. Favourites are stored only in your own browser, so clearing site data deletes them permanently — there is no copy on our side.
- Anything you paid for elsewhere. Playnix never charges for anything. If a site claiming to be us asked you for money, it was not us — please forward us the details.
