Looking for a quick board game? Megaslots runs in the browser and needs no download. You can jump in for two minutes or lose an hour to it; either works.
About Megaslots
Very exciting slot game, with 6 wheels. Win horizontal or diagonal with 3 or more items of the same kind. Get the spinning wheel, and win even more.
How to play Megaslots
There is no tutorial to sit through — the game explains itself. You will want a keyboard for this one — the arrow keys / WASD carry most of it, and the table below has the rest. The game is wide rather than tall — fullscreen is worth it on a monitor, and on a phone the picture is much better sideways. Take the first run as practice and the second one seriously.
Controls
| Input | Action |
|---|---|
| Mouse | Navigate menus and interact |
| Arrow keys / WASD | Move |
| Spacebar | Primary action |
On mobile: Tap and swipe on screen. Turn your phone sideways — this game is designed for landscape and fills a horizontal screen.
Why it is worth playing
The reason Megaslots holds up is restraint: it takes one idea and builds the whole game around it instead of padding it out. It is not trying to be anything larger, and it is better for it.
